Management - Andrew Jackson will continue to meet and greet with enthusiasm either at the beat or at the Boatside Inn car park and has been able to show people the beats and explain the pools and in 2015 & 2016 helped a number of rods to catch their first salmon

Ghillies – Andrew is able to Ghillie and instruct and source additional local help on this front

Website -  we have a meetings in January to review the website and enable more timely news and updates

Boatside Farmshop – Following the December 2015 flood, the Warden Farmshop has been reopened for business as Citrus Catering and caters for events, supplies picnic hampers as well as ready-made or frozen meals.

Banks / Access - Further Improvements to banks and access have been made and pools improved with more cutting back and bank clearance

Accommodation - The Boatside Inn (01434 600 233) is open for all meals and has both Holiday Cottages (1 one bed and 1 two bed) accommodation and B&B (3) bookings. Please call or email us direct to discuss other possibilities or requirements which we may be able to source through local knowledge.

Catch returns – please remember to submit catch returns daily, if possible, by email, text, voice mail or telling Andrew in person

Freezer and Storage - we have a freezer and storage facilities for fish at the Stables at High Warden

Bookings
Warden Fishing availability can be checked on line at Fishpal  and booking availability is released in January up to the end June. Many bookings have already been reserved, but, in order to make sure block bookings and multiple days and rods can be accommodated for regular customers and those coming from further afield, we take bookings directly until late February when all  “on line” availability will be posted on Fishpal.
